Refund policy

Since opening our main business in 2008, we have sold over 50,000 gifts & never had a request for a return. If we make an engraving error, or if it arrives broken, we'll remake & ship your gift back right away at our cost - we only ask that you notify us within 30 days of delivery if there is an issue.
